The OpenAI plugin publisher for MCP Near Me is Mikhail Kozhevnikov, using his verified individual identity. MCP Near Me remains owned and operated by MyK Works LLC and provides appointment discovery, service-request routing, and booking software for participating independent appliance-repair providers.

Participating providers

MCP Near Me only displays and routes requests to providers registered in its internal directory. Each provider is responsible for its service area, availability, diagnostic fee, repair work, warranties, pricing, and on-site conduct.

Property-management requests

An authorized property-management representative may use an unlisted company service page to ask an assigned provider to contact a resident or to request an available arrival window. By sending a request, the representative confirms that they are authorized to provide the resident’s phone number and any property, unit, requested-time, or optional service details they include for that purpose. A submitted request is not a confirmed appointment. The provider must confirm the service details, applicable fee, and appointment time before booking.

Booking

Selecting a time does not create an appointment. A booking is created only after you review the provider, time, address, phone number, diagnostic fee, policies, and transactional messaging disclosure in the protected confirmation flow and explicitly confirm.

Fees and changes

The applicable diagnostic fee and provider policy are shown before confirmation. Rescheduling and cancellation are subject to the selected provider’s disclosed policy. MCP Near Me does not process repair payments in the current service.

Messaging

Every completed booking may generate one operational SMS receipt containing the booking reference. The receipt does not verify the phone or require an authentication code. Selecting the optional SMS box separately authorizes additional transactional updates about requested changes, cancellations, and one appointment reminder. The first-party website may remember and preselect that additional-update choice for the same phone number on the same device; the checkbox remains visible and can be cleared before confirmation. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not cancel an appointment. Phone verification is requested only if you later choose to sign in or manage bookings. Marketing messages are not sent without separate consent.
