MCP Near Me Privacy Policy
Effective September 3, 2026
The OpenAI plugin publisher for MCP Near Me is Mikhail Kozhevnikov, using his verified individual identity. MCP Near Me remains owned and operated by MyK Works LLC. This policy describes the information handled when you book and manage appointments with participating appliance-repair providers through the website, ChatGPT, Claude, or another compatible client.
Information we process
Searches may include ZIP code, appliance type, and brand. A booking requires a mobile phone and service address and may include your name, appliance details, and problem description. Creating a booking does not verify the phone or require account registration. If you later choose to sign in or manage bookings, MCP Near Me sends a one-time code and creates a customer profile keyed to the verified phone number. The profile can contain your name, verified phone, and multiple saved addresses, including the date each address was last used.
On the MCP Near Me website, the browser may remember the phone number, name, service address, and transactional SMS preference you entered so later forms on the same device can be prefilled. Contact details are kept in first-party browser storage for up to 365 days after their last use. The SMS preference remains until you change it, remove the saved browser copy, or the disclosed consent version changes. Appointment-specific free-text problem details and diagnostic-fee choices are kept only for the current browser session. A public advertising link may contain a reviewed, non-contact issue category such as not-cooling; it never contains your contact information or arbitrary problem description. You can review or change every prefilled value and use “Delete saved details” on a booking form to remove the saved browser copy.
An authorized property-management representative may use an unlisted company service page either to send only a resident’s phone number for service follow-up, or to send a fuller request with a selected property, apartment or unit, requested arrival window, and optional appliance or problem details. The page link identifies the management company but does not grant access to existing requests. Submitting either request does not itself create an appointment; the assigned participating provider confirms the service details, applicable fee, and available time before a booking is made.
If you arrive through an eligible ChatGPT advertisement, the landing URL may include an opaque attribution token supplied by OpenAI, plus a non-contact campaign identifier. When OpenAI Ads measurement is enabled and a real appointment is successfully created, we may process that token, the provider landing URL, a booking-based conversion event ID, and the fact that an appointment was scheduled. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, appliance models, and problem descriptions are not included in the conversion event sent by our application.
The website records limited interaction analytics: the page path without its query string, referral domain and category, reviewed source, medium, campaign, content and term identifiers, advertising click-ID type and a keyed fingerprint of that click ID, buttons or contact methods selected, form and booking-funnel stages, and the names and states of fields viewed, focused, started, completed, invalid, or abandoned. The raw advertising click ID is not retained. For service context, analytics may include the displayed appliance type, brand, reviewed issue category, and an appliance model code only when it has a short code-like format containing both letters and numbers. For a free-text problem description, analytics records only whether text was provided and a broad length range, never the text itself. ZIP analytics records completion or coverage result, not the entered ZIP. The analytics collector does not send names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, booking references, one-time codes, or free-text problem descriptions.
Direct website booking forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish normal browser activity from automated abuse. The browser receives a Turnstile challenge and MCP Near Me sends the resulting short-lived token and request IP address to Cloudflare for verification. For abuse prevention, MCP Near Me keeps keyed, non-reversible hashes of request IP, browser user agent, anonymous session, phone, and service address together with limited risk signals for up to seven days; the abuse-event log does not store the raw phone number, street address, IP address, or user agent.
Accounts and connected platforms
MCP Near Me uses passwordless SMS verification. ChatGPT, Claude, and other clients receive separate OAuth connections, but each verified connection can refer to the same MCP Near Me customer profile. The platforms retain their own connection state; MCP Near Me does not share one platform’s token with another. Website sign-in uses a secure first-party cookie. Access tokens contain an internal customer identifier, not your phone or address.
How information is used
We use information to determine eligibility, route property-management requests, contact residents about requested service, reserve capacity, create and manage bookings, prefill future booking forms, deliver transactional and security messages, prevent abuse, maintain consent and audit records, and support the selected provider’s visit. We record operational events such as successful account connection, rate limiting, and delivery failures without putting phone numbers or addresses in analytics.
When enabled for an eligible advertising visit, we use limited conversion data to measure whether a ChatGPT ad resulted in a confirmed appointment, prevent duplicate counting, and evaluate campaign performance. Opening a page, checking ZIP coverage or availability, holding or selecting a time, reviewing details, and unsuccessful or test bookings are not counted as completed appointment conversions.
Sharing
Booking details are shared with the participating provider selected for the appointment. A property-management request is shared with the provider assigned to that company’s service page through restricted operational email and Telegram destinations. MyK Works LLC, as the MCP Near Me platform operator, receives an operational control copy identifying the management company, selected property, assigned provider, request details, and the initiator of a booking change or cancellation so it can supervise delivery, provide support, protect the service, and resolve disputes. Information may also be processed by service providers used for hosting, abuse prevention (including Cloudflare Turnstile), website analytics (Google Analytics), database operations, SMS, email, and the Telegram Bot API used for that restricted control copy and other restricted operational copies, only as needed to provide, measure, and oversee the requested service experience and related communications. Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The selected provider, platform operator, and vendors that operate the messaging service may process this information solely for these operational purposes or to meet legal obligations; they may not use it for their own marketing. We do not use customer booking or property-management request details for third-party advertising.
Website analytics
We use a first-party event queue and Google Analytics 4 to understand page use and booking drop-off. Collection begins locally in memory so early actions can be represented, but the Google Analytics library is requested only after the page has fully loaded and the browser is idle. Events are also sent in small batches to MCP Near Me; if you leave quickly or select a phone link, the browser may use a first-party background beacon so that action is not lost. A first-party session may preserve the earliest known source, last non-direct marketing source, and an ordered path capped at 20 touches. For a contextual MyK phone number, only a keyed hash of that session is joined to the call and final booking; campaign data is not spoken or sent to the AI dispatcher. Attribution sessions expire after 90 days, while a non-PII snapshot attached to a completed booking remains with that booking record. Google receives the limited event fields described above together with ordinary request and device information and may set an analytics cookie such as _ga. Google advertising storage, ad personalization, ad-user-data collection, and Google Signals are disabled in this implementation. The Google Analytics property is configured for 14-month user-level event retention; aggregated reporting may be retained longer. Browser settings or extensions that block Google Analytics may prevent the Google copy, while the first-party operational funnel record may still be created.
OpenAI advertising measurement
For an eligible ChatGPT ad visit, the browser preserves OpenAI’s opaque attribution token only in the page and sends it to MCP Near Me with the final booking request. After a real appointment is successfully committed, MCP Near Me may send one server-side conversion event to OpenAI using the booking ID, original token, validated non-contact provider landing URL, and appointment timestamp. The site does not load the OpenAI JavaScript Pixel, create OpenAI attribution cookies, scan or hash form fields for advertising, or emit browser conversion events. The server event contains no customer user object, contact details, IP address, user agent, appliance model, or problem description. Contact support@voicedispatcher.com for additional information about this measurement.
SMS messages
Every completed booking may generate one operational SMS receipt containing the public booking reference and visit window. The receipt does not verify the phone or require an authentication code. Selecting the optional SMS box separately authorizes additional transactional updates about requested reschedules, cancellations, and one appointment reminder. The website remembers that additional-update choice for the same phone number on the same device and may preselect it on a later booking form; the checkbox remains visible and can be cleared before confirmation. A server-recorded STOP or other carrier opt-out overrides an older saved browser preference and may prevent even an operational receipt from being delivered. Message frequency varies with booking activity; message and data rates may apply. Reply NOTME followed by the booking reference if you did not request that active booking. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. STOP, START, and other carrier-reserved keywords control SMS preferences only and do not cancel a booking. Phone verification is initiated only if the customer later chooses to sign in or manage bookings; that verification code expires after ten minutes and can be used once. Marketing messages are not sent without separate consent.
Transactional SMS for MCP Near Me bookings are currently sent under the registered messaging brand Susquehanna Valley Appliance Repair, operated by Appliance Factory Service LLC. MCP Near Me is owned and operated by MyK Works LLC.
Protection and retention
Profile contact data and the resident phone, unit, and optional details in the primary property-management request record are encrypted at rest. Contact lookup fields use keyed, non-reversible indexes where required, and idempotency identifiers are stored as hashes. Browser-saved contact details are stored only by the first-party website on that browser and are available to other people who use the same browser profile until removed or expired. OAuth and website sessions are stored as tokens or token hashes and can be revoked. Booking and property-management request records remain historical operational snapshots and are retained according to the participating provider’s disclosed retention period and applicable requirements. Website sessions have a 30-day inactivity limit and a 180-day absolute limit; OAuth refresh access can last up to 180 days unless revoked.
Your choices
You can manage saved addresses and sign out all connected devices at /account. You may reply STOP to opt out of SMS and START to resume. You can restrict Google Analytics cookies through browser privacy controls or a content blocker. To request access, correction, OAuth revocation, analytics objection, or account deletion, contact support@voicedispatcher.com. Some booking, consent, security, or dispute records may be retained where required.
